In my experience, if you're asking the question, the answer is probably yes. Sorry.
(Unless the context has to do with either Hollywood or Washington, D.C., in which case the answer is almost always no. But if you were, I'm guessing the question wouldn't be intentionally vague.) Re: Intentionally Vague Question
